Miso Chocolate Chip Cookies
Beat 1 stick of butter, 1 cup brown sugar and 3 tbsp of granulated sugar together in a bowl.
Add 1 egg, 1/3 cup miso and 1 tsp vanilla extract to the bowl and blend together well.
Add 1 tsp baking soda and 2 cups of flour to bowl and incorporate well.
Add in chocolate chips and cover mixture and refrigerate a few hours or overnight.
Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.
