Miso Caesar Salad Dressing

  • Ingredients:

    • 2 tablespoons white miso paste

    • 1/4 cup olive oil

    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

    • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

    • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

    • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional for extra richness)

    • 1 clove garlic, finely minced or grated

    • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for balance)

    • 1–2 tablespoons water (to adjust consistency, as needed)

    • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

    Instructions:

    • -In a medium bowl, whisk together the miso paste, olive oil, lemon juice, and rice vinegar until smooth and emulsified.

    • -Add the Dijon mustard, garlic, Parmesan cheese (if using), and honey/maple syrup. Whisk until well combined.

    • -Add 1–2 tablespoons of water as needed to thin the dressing to your desired consistency.
